Golden Arrows and Kenya's international Clifton Miheso's case seem to boil more with the club demanding that the South Africa Federation arbitration should take over the matter.
FIFA had expressed interest to investigate the case where Miheso is claimed to have signed contract termination with the Premier Soccer League side.at gun point.
Miheso enlisted the South African Football Players Union to help him take the matter before FIFA with football's world governing body declaring that the South African arbitration body was unfit to adjudicate on disputes due to the compliance failures.
SAFPU spokesperson Vusi Mtimane confirmed that Abafana Bes'thende wish for the matter to be heard in South Africa but FIFA require that they furnish them with sufficient reasons as to why.
-Arrows are seeking with FIFA to have the case be heard before the South African Arbitration body, Mtimane was quoted by Kick off.com.
Why local board?
-However, FIFA has since written to Arrows [asking them] to specify reasons why the case should be heard before a local board. They have been given a period to respond, he further confirmed.
Miheso currently plies his trade with Zambian side Buildicon where he joined in January after leaving Arrows.
